3. No Professional or Agency Relationship

Where Planitopia.ai or its principals are licensed under the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA):

• Information provided does not constitute representation unless a Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement is executed
• Nothing on this website is intended to solicit buyers or sellers currently under contract with another brokerage
• Any real estate services are provided in compliance with RECO rules and Ontario law
